Iris Chan
DIGITAL COMMITTEE MEMBER
Iris Chan, is a multilingual marketing practitioner driven by the belief that the best strategies bridge the gap between rigorous data and human connection. My career has been defined by a simple goal: stripping away complex jargon to build brands that people resonate, trust and act upon. I specialise in turning communication gaps into measurable growth opportunities. Some of the brands that I've proudly shaped include Allen & Overy, Aurecon, Australian Catholic University, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Philips, and Swire Group. Currently, I lead IMC's brand and marketing strategy in the Asia Pacific. For me, marketing isn’t just about reach and brand awareness; it’s about influencing behaviour to drive sustainable commercial outcomes. I’m a strong advocate for cross-sector collaboration. Over the past decade, I’ve advised and mentored NGO leaders, and sat on NGO boards on causes close to my heart. That commitment was recognised through the AICD Not-for-Profit Scholarship—an experience that continues to shape and strengthen my approach to leadership and impact.
