The Language of Flowers Festival
2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at All Saints Church Hunter's Hill November 18th, Sunday
Floral exhibits by Ikebana and Sogetsu Ikebana artists Helen Coleman, Elizabeth Fuller, Joan Perkins and Lucia Darin at this historic Horbury Hunt church. Rare and unusual plants for sale, gift and book stall. Enjoy afternoon tea and learn about the Victorian language of flowers. Proceeds to Women's Plans Foundation and the Anglican Parish of Hunter's Hill. $20 entry, with teas additional.

Wahroonga Rotary sponsored a very successful International Women's Day dinner for WPF, held at Barker College, with a presentation by Isabel Deeble and a trivia quiz relating to International Women's Day by Carolyn Blanden. Carolyn Blanden also spoke at the Breakfast Point Rotary Breakfast, who have generously donated to WPF, and at Burwood Rotary.
March 4th: WPF hosted a table at the UN Women International Women's Day Breakfast at the Convention Centre in Sydney. 1700 people attended, and our Alert was in each 'showbag'.
